Program: Who’s Dysfunction is This Any Way?
 
Change and intervention are never a one-way street. If we are going to help an group or organization confront the difficult process of change – what do we need to confront within ourselves? What is below the surface of awareness– theirs and ours – that clings to the status quo? We will explore these questions as part of our calling to be enablers of change.
