Event Title:
Organizational Coaching: Building Relationships and Programs that Drive Results, by Dr. Virginia Bianco-Mathis, Dr. Cynthia Roman, and Lisa Nabors
A systematic approach to effectively coaching individuals and teams to create a coaching culture in any organization, Organizational Coaching presents a concrete, behavior-based assessment of the what and how of coaching for organizations and details how to create a desirable coaching outcome and a successful program. Filling the void in traditional coaching literature, this title focuses on coaching for organizations rather than one-on-one, coach/client relationships. Included tips, checklists, and assessments enable you to customize the presented coaching model to different individual and organizational needs.
