Coaching Leaders of Agentic Workforces

This one-hour interactive session will explore how coaches can thrive in the emerging “white space” of the Fourth Industrial Revolution by embracing technology as a partner in personal leadership, learning and development.  71% of US Adults are fearful that AI will replace their jobs permanently (Reuters, 2025). Yet experts have proven that those who learn to adapt and work with it will be empowered to thrive.

Leaders in larger organizations are now being asked to lead, manage and/or create teams of humans alongside machines. The complexity is astounding. As a leader, how do you cast a vision to a hybrid workforce? As a manager, how do you treat a human employee differently than artificial intelligence? Are they equally accountable? As an employee, how do you create an AI agent that compliments your work, not replaces it?

Pre-work: Participants will be asked to watch the 12-minute video titled AI Coaching for AI Agents prior to the session: https://youtu.be/fFBAvBbhGR0?si=QM_v13toCpF8i1Bl.

The session will be interactive to co-create a useful framework for coaching leaders of AI agents and will include questions to the group such as:

  • Are you currently coaching someone responsible for AI Agent Performance? What are their biggest pain points?
  • What technology are you using today that makes your life as a coach easier and how are you using it?
  • What strategic, operational and integrative layers are you seeing being augmented by AI agents?
  • Have you ever used a Virtual Reality (VR) headset for immersive learning & development and/or recommended it to leaders to receive feedback from an AI coach?
