Topic: Managing the Resistance in the System

Facilitator: Harrison Snow

Program:

On Friday, May 31, 2013 we will use an innovative process for understanding the resistance to change in an organization. The change process is seldom easy. Even if people want change there is the belief that, “No matter what anyone does things will never change.”  Naturally, many people expect others need to change but not themselves. To understand the dynamics of change we will map the key experiences, beliefs and/or concepts that are impacting how we and others show up and interact. Being an agent of change demands a profound “use of self” based on self-knowledge. The more aware we are of our own inner dynamics the more effective we can be in harmonizing those dynamics in an organization to produce a good outcome.
