Topic: Training Situation Analysis (TSA) 
Facilitator:  Anita Huffman-Strawser 

Ms. Huffman-Strawser is a highly skilled change management professional, with over 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, and a subject matter expert in the Training Situation Analysis (TSA) framework. She is with SRA International and currently the Program Manager for the Veterans Administration Career & Technical Training Program (CTT). The VA CTT program is a competency-based blended modality learning platform to assess employee learning needs, and develop and deliver level two evaluated instructor led, virtual classroom, and web-based training programs to close identified learning gaps of VA employees across the U.S., with the objective of improving service delivery to our nation’s Veterans.  Ms. Huffman-Strawser is also an experienced training facilitator, and brings well-honed strategic and tactical problem solving skills to any situation.

Program Description:
This interactive and informative session is about doing more with less and exploring how formalizing your approach to training and development using a reliable, quick, and focused method can help you navigate through various training needs, requests, and solutions. This session introduces a proven framework, a Training Situation Analysis (TSA), which provides us with an effective approach and an organized methodology for ensuring the training and development solution implemented is the right solution with the most value and return on investment.
