Tom entered the business world with a technical background in forestry and economics, but he reinvented his career to focus on what he discovered to be his passion - the human side of business. During his 21 years in corporations, Tom earned an MBA and an MS in organization development and ascended to VP of HR and OD for a large manufacturing firm.
