Navigating Change During Challenging Times

In today’s fast-paced, business environment, a number of internal and external forces like reorganizations, mergers- as well as- regulatory, technology and economy changes are forcing organizations to change their business practices to stay competitive. The key to thriving in this environment is to learn how to navigate and lead change successfully.  If you are in a leadership role in this environment it is especially important for you to do this effectively for yourself first so that you can then lead your team through change. Attend this session to learn about a useful tool that can help you to navigate and implement change successfully on a personal and professional level.
