In fact, Business Week (October 10, 2005) identified action learning as the latest and fastest growing organizational tool for leadership development.  At its core, action learning is the fundamental belief that we learn best by doing.  By taking actions and reflecting on the results, we are able to better understand how and why things work the way they do.  Taking this one step further, Action Learning proposes we can learn from the insights and experiences of others as well.  In this session, you will learn about Action Learning as a tool, a philosophy, and powerful methodology that can transform the way you and your organization uses learning to solve problems and to develop your employees.
