Patrick Gallen Patrick Gallen is an outcome-focused, data-driven leader, strategist, and change agent with experience building large-scale programs and technical solutions in high-tech, and non-profit industries. He has +20 years of experience transforming complex organizational challenges into scalable, measurable solutions, acting as bridge between leaders, business goals, people, and technology. Patrick is a graduate of Cohort 60 of the AU/NTL Master’s in Organization Development program at American University. He has spent the last 10 years as an internal change leader, leveraging his experience and expertise across a variety of different disciplines. Notably, he led the Employee Listening Program at Synopsys, a +20K, global semi-conductor company. There he also directed the organization’s Talent Mobility program. And was responsible for the on-demand learning and development program. He also led the transformation of the Talent Acquisition (TA) process - redeveloping it to reduce workplace bias, strengthen inclusivity, and promote equitability. Patrick serves as the board chair of the Information Technology Survey Group (ITSG), a non-profit consortium of employee listening and people analytic practitioners. Over the past 7 years, Patrick, in partnership with his fellow board members, has revitalized and modernized the organization. Patrick has been active in the community, speaking at the SIOP conference as well as the GLINT summit. Patrick is a native Philadelphian, but considers himself an adopted member of the DMV, having spent the last 15 years chasing his three children around in Reston, Virginia. |
