As planning ramps up for our Annual Conference taking place on Saturday, October 24, we invite you to share your knowledge, experience, and insights with our community. This event brings together Organization Development practitioners, Change Management professionals, and Coaches for a day of learning, connection, and collaboration. It’s an opportunity for thought leaders and practitioners to exchange ideas, share best practices, and explore innovative approaches that are shaping the future of our field. We are seeking engaging speakers and facilitators who can offer practical tools, fresh perspectives, and meaningful dialogue that participants can bring back to their organizations and clients. Our theme this year is “Connect 2026: Igniting Change Together”, celebrating the power of connections to fire up organizational progress. Connections are the glue that support organizational success and are critical to OD effectiveness. This conference will explore the theme of supporting the conditions of connection across organizational systems:
Whether you identify as an OD practitioner, an OD-competent leader, or someone who has led an organization through significant change, we invite you to share your knowledge and tools with us! We welcome proposals that inspire learning, spark conversation, and support the growth of our OD community—join us in creating a dynamic, thought-provoking, and impactful conference experience. Proposals should be for 60-minute workshop sessions that pertain to the main theme, one or more sub-themes, and are tailored to beginner, intermediate, advanced, or all levels of experience. PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY 11:59 ET ON MONDAY, June 15. CBODN members and non-members are welcome to submit a proposal to: CBODN Connect 2026. Questions? Reach out to admin@cbodn.org. Proposals will be reviewed for their impact and value to OD professionals, innovative or original content, participant engagement, alignment with conference themes, and overall quality. The CBODN Connect 2026 conference committee will request that presenters whose proposals are accepted upload their presentations a week prior to the event. SUBMIT A PROPOSAL > |
