Biography
Sarah McIntosh joined Rockwood Company LLC in July 2023 as a Senior Consultant to support federal government clients in the national security space. Sarah is passionate about helping organizations achieve their maximum potential through strengths-based strategy and systems change.

Sarah brings over 10 years of project management, team management and external relations expertise to Rockwood Company. She is a strategic, collaborative, driven professional with a background in Strategic Planning and change management. Sarah is an effective team leader with a proven track record of leading cross-departmental efforts and exceeding departmental goals. Prior to joining the Rockwood Team, Sarah was responsible for leading the Strategic Planning efforts at a $90MM healthcare organization at the leadership, department and site levels.

Sarah holds a M.S. in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University, and a B.A. in Law & Society from American University. Her client project work in the MSOD program included workshop facilitation, coalition design efforts, and data collection, analysis and feedback through dynamic workshop design. Sarah also possesses a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of Southern Florida.

Sarah lives in Silver Spring, MD with her husband and their rescue dog Eugene.
