For the past 40 years, CBODN has been active in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, providing a professional home for Organization Development practitioners. Our board members contribute to the growth and development of our organization, while also gaining valuable experience and building your professional network. We are seeking Board members who embody the positive qualities of our organization and that represent possibilities for building the future:
- Visionary – Be able to envision models for overall organization, how individual parts can fit into the whole, and how to creatively advance CBODN’s mission.
- Relationship focused – Have a capability to bring the principles of OD, including emphasis on building relationships and working collaboratively, into the management and operation of CBODN.
- Leadership – Have experience in OD field that will bring professional respect and credibility to the organization.
